Refund Policy

We are happy to issue a refund for any goods found to be faulty. Please contact the shop if you’re wanting to return faulty goods – proof of purchase will also be required. No refunds are available for anyone changing their minds so please choose carefully. We are happy to layby goods for you but expect regular payments with laybys to be fully paid & claimed within 6 months. For any unpaid or partially paid laybys older than 6 months, we reserve the right to return the product to our shelves.

Please fill out the return form under the return link at the bottom of the page for a RMA number.  A RMA number will be sent to you by return email. Please do not return item till you receive your RMA number.
